When you create a Nohmad account, we collect your name, email address, and password. If you purchase a charger, we also collect billing and shipping information.
Our chargers record session duration, energy consumed (kWh), amperage configuration, start and end timestamps, and estimated cost. This data is synced to your account when the charger is connected to Wi-Fi.
Each Nohmad charger has a unique hardware identifier. The Nohmad app may also collect device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostics and compatibility purposes.
We collect anonymised usage data including app interactions, feature usage patterns, and error reports. This data is used to improve product reliability and user experience. Telemetry does not include personally identifiable information.
We may share data with trusted third-party providers who assist in operating our services, including payment processors, cloud hosting providers, and analytics platforms. These providers are contractually obligated to handle your data securely and only for the purposes we specify.
